Are you tired of having loose pieces of bark falling off while you are burning a picture? Now you can stop that by following my tip.
Materials:
Mod Podge, (I like Gloss-Lustre), as it leaves a little sheen. You can get it in Matte.
An old toothbrush.
Soft sponge brush.

The photo shows the list of materials.
First step: Lightly brush the bark all around with the toothbrush to remove loose pieces of bark.
Second step: Dip the sponge brush into the Mod Podge and start applying it to the bark by pushing it into all the nooks and crannies.
The Mod Podge looks milky at first but will dry clear.

In this photo below the right side of the bark is now dry and has a clear sheen. Let it dry overnight. Now you'll never have another piece of bark fall off again.
